We like to tell people it takes a village to sell a home, especially when the market is as tight as it is now. Who should I partner with to list my home?
Naturally the next question is, who should this team consist of? In our experience, there are a few people you should partner with when selling your home. First, you should call us to take on all your home staging needs (more on our process coming in the next answers). It’s also important to interview and select the right Realtor to guide you through the negotiation and contract side of selling. Other important people to help with listing prep can include a landscaper for outdoor needs, a photographer who can help your home stand out online, and a contractor who can be available to assist with any repairs which could come up during the inspection period.
How involved should I be in the staging process?
While any listing prep is important, staging might be the most impactful. Many sellers want to know what role they will play in the staging process. We want to make it as easy and stress free on our sellers, we know they’re trying to check several boxes to get their home listed. Since our staging plans are custom made to fit each home we work in, all we ask of our home selling clients is to tell us the story of their daily lives in their homes. Once we understand how they use their space, it gives us all we need to employ our expertise and craft a plan to get the most out of each space.
