“As a former high school science teacher who LOVES creativity, I JUMP at any opportunity to cross artistic expression with calculation and strategy! Opening Sell It Well in March 2020 was a “take the plunge” moment in my life! My grassroots are all Iowa…from farmgirl-to-gardener, head-to-toe! When asked to describe my passions in brief, cheering for the underdog and leading with love would top the list.

Don’t tell anyone, but I’m a closet foodie AND travel bug…probably because they pair well together! And if I’m asked on any given day…well, it’d be gourmet pizza, flower arranging, my faith, the Iowa State Cyclones, being a mom, kindness, movie watching with my fam of 4, and Fall…no, wait…Spring…umm, Summer?…oh, why not LOVE THEM ALL!? When asked, “What’s your favorite part about being a professional home stager?” my response is always this: I get to teach adults how to prepare the most important product they’re ever going to sell so they can achieve the best outcome possible!” – Tracy Waltz
