The furniture in a staged home is ours. Our own inventory stays ready for deployment at all times, so nothing gets sourced after you call. A full staging brings in sofas and armchairs for the seating areas. Coffee tables and dining tables with chairs follow them into the house. Beds arrive with complete bedding sets, and nightstands with lamps go in beside them. Area rugs go down in the main rooms. Artwork and mirrors go up on the walls, and the finishing accessories complete each space. Every one of those pieces returns to our inventory after your sale.

Selection follows your property's architecture and room dimensions, along with its color palette. The buyer most likely to purchase in your area factors into the choice as well. A newer home with tall ceilings takes furniture with enough presence to fill the volume. An older home with original detail takes clean lines that let those details stay in focus. Two properties of the same square footage rarely receive the same pieces from us for that reason. That selection happens before delivery day, so what arrives suits the house it's going into.

Plenty of sellers do, and that's a normal starting point for us. With partial and occupied staging, our work builds around the pieces you're keeping and covers whatever a space still lacks. During the consultation we evaluate what you own and identify which pieces strengthen buyer appeal. What comes from our inventory is chosen to work alongside your things.

Staging typically stays in place from about three weeks to three months, depending on how quickly your property attracts the right buyer. The furniture remains through your listing period without any action from you. Nothing needs returning by you at any point in the process.
